Requesting a Ballot:

  • COVID Excuse for anyone who is concerned about going to the polls in person:  select “I have a physical illness or infirmity that prevents my attendance at the polls.”
  • Precinct name: https://myinfo.alabamavotes.gov/VoterView/PollingPlaceSearch.do;
  • Include copy of picture ID with application
• Paper submission must be mailed in and received no later than 5 days before the election

Voting:

• Ballot must have two signed witnesses or a notary public
• Absentee Ballot must  be returned by hand no later 5 PM than 1 day BEFORE the election to your Election Manager:  https://www.sos.alabama.gov/city-county-lookup/absentee-election-manager
• Absentee Ballots must be received by mail by the election.
