Requesting a Ballot
- No excuse mail ballots
- Any registered voter in PA may request a Mail-in Ballot – to be sent to their permanent address. Students living away from their permanent address should apply for an Absentee Ballot. Forms: https://www.votespa.com/Voting-in-PA/Pages/Mail-and-Absentee-Ballot.aspx
- Picture ID needed if the voter did not include a PA Driver’s license, PennDOT or SSN on application

Be sure to use BOTH the two envelopes provided - the secrecy sleeve AND the mailing sleeve. Your ballot will be rejected if one is missing.

Your signature needs to match the signature on file with the state (e.g. if you use a middle initial or not)
