Review

The book is a collection of essays to tackle a host of crucial issues facing teachers in K-12 schools every day.

The book provides support to teachers on how they can help students in grades K-12 navigating current events, cultural and social dilemmas that face our communities and our country today.  Read the book as part of my preparation for Diversity Leadership course that I teach for our M.Ed. program.

Fits into our mission by providing our students with background to be change agents to tackle difficult topics that our children in K-12 schools face daily.
