The article documents how to use scientific instruments (surveys) to measure thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors related with intercultural relationships.

The article is part of the "Handbook of Intercultural Training". This is a topic of high importance to me, as I have spent my life and career engaging with people from diverse cultural, ethnic, and racial backgrounds. 

This article provides a valuable compilation of surveys from the scientific literature, which could be used in courses, trainings, and professional development on the topic of multi-culturalism, racism, and equity.
